Columbia Southern University Holly Springs Police Department and Columbia Southern University have formed a Learning Partnership which allows employees of the Holly Springs Police Department, their spouses and children, to take advantage of CSU's low tuition rate and receive a 10% tuition discount. Columbia Southern University, a leader in online learning, offers a variety of online associate, bachelor, graduate and certificate programs.
