Detective Mike Cook

Hi, I am Detective Cook. I have served in the public safety field since 1989, and have been working in law enforcement since 2002.

After being hired at the Holly Springs Police Department, I was assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division and worked there for approximately 3 ½ years. After that period, I was assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division, where I am currently serving.

Since being assigned to Criminal Investigations, I have completed training in various areas, including: ‘Operation Safe Childhood’, crime scene processing, interviews and interrogation and many annual in-service training classes.

I was the recipient of the ‘Officer of the Quarter’ awards in 2005, 2006, and 2008.  I was also awarded ‘Officer of the Year’ in 2008.

I continue to proudly serve the citizens of this fine community with integrity and professionalism.
