Sergeant Will Rownd

Hello, I am Sergeant William Rownd.  I have been in law enforcement for 12 years. I am married and have three children. I currently live in the city of Holly Springs in a wonderful neighborhood.

I am a veteran of the United States Army (Infantry-11M) and love this great nation of ours.   

I began my law enforcement career with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office.  While serving there, I had the opportunity to serve on S.W.A.T., C.M.A.N.S., Uniform Patrol Division, and within the Cherokee County Jail. I was employed with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office for several years prior to joining the ranks of the Holly Springs Police Department.

In my current role with the Holly Springs Police Department, I serve as one of the Watch Commanders within the Uniform Patrol Division (UPD). While here, I have also served as a member of the Cherokee County multi-agency S.W.A.T. team.

I enjoy serving the citizens of HollySprings and the public in general.
