How to Obtain a Copy of an Incident Report

 In most cases, copies of incident reports may be available for collection within 48 hours of the filing of the initial complaint.

 o   Have the Incident case number, or

 o   Know the complainant’s name (person making the complaint) and the date of the incident

 o   Call 770-345-5537 to ensure that the report is ready for collection

 o   Come to the main entrance of the Holly Springs Police Department and Municipal Court at 3235 Holly Springs Parkway, GA 30142, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  The main office will be closed on public holidays and weekends.

 o   Go the reception window and request a copy of the incident report

Note: There may be a nominal fee for this service, so please call in advance to ensure that the report is ready and to learn whether there is a fee to obtain a copy of the incident report.
