Uniform Patrol Division 
Lieutenant Dolly McMahan is the Divisional Commander of the Uniform Patrol Division (UPD) and the Training Division. Lt. McMahan has over 18 years of law enforcement experience. UPD is the initial and primary point of contact for the general public for most law enforcement interactions and requests for service. UPD utilizes marked patrol vehicles to carry out its mandate to the citizens and visitors of the City of Holly Springs.
The duties within UPD are augmented by dedicated officers that comprise the Part-Time Officers Unit. Currently there are five Watch Commanders within UPD:
Sergeant Will Rownd – Zone 1
Sergeant Cullen LaFrance – Zone 2, SWAT
Sergeant Casey Barton – Zone 3
Sergeant Brian Cain – Zone 4
